When are you open?
To ensure one-on-one personalized service to our brides, we are open by appointment only and do not have regular walk in hours! We have appointments available Tuesday through Saturday. Our Saturdays can book up several weeks in advance, but we promise to be worth the wait!
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We do our bridal consultations by appointment only to ensure each bride gets our undivided attention, so with each appointment, we lock the doors and turn off the phones to make sure you feel like the VIB (Very Important Bride) that you are! We require private appointments to try on wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. Bridal Appointments can be made by Clicking on the Book Online link on the header to schedule your appointment.
How long are appointment times?
We allot 1.5 hours for each bridal appointment. We have all of the sample gowns we carry out on the floor and have found that usually one hour is more than sufficient to find your favorites and try them on! However, we allow an extra 30 minutes because we do not want our brides to feel rushed in making their big decision!
What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Please bring simple undergarments in a neutral color. A strapless bra is recommended. Make sure you have a pair of heels with a heel similiar to the height you plan on wearing on your big day. Also, it is always a good idea to have fresh and neat hair and makeup done. It helps you visualize the total look when you are trying on the dresses!
Who should I bring to my appointment with me?
We recommend that you limit your party to no more than two or three people and include only your most trusted family and friends. The opinions of a trusted few always make for an easier decision for you! Also, our space is very small and we only have bench seating for 3 people in addition to the bride. We do realize that some people want to share this experience with more than three people any welcome any size party with open arms as long as they understand they may need to stand during the appointment!
What forms of payments do you accept?
You can pay for your dress using cash, check, debit, or credit cards.
We will need a minimum of 60% of the total cost of your dress as a deposit to order your dress with the remaining balance due upon arrival of the dress at our shop!
Please, no checks accepted for final dress payments.
When should I start shopping for my dress?
Since each gown is custom ordered, we recommend you begin your dress search no later than 7 to 9 months before your wedding! This leaves enough time for the gown to arrive at our shop and any alterations to be completed!
Do you offer alterations?
Although we do not do in house alterations, we do have an alterations specialist that we highly recommend to our brides! Your payment for any alterations needed will go directly to the seamstress. Remember, the cost of alterations are NEVER included in the cost of your gown and can run anywhere from $300-600, depending on the complexity of the changes.
